Signing up for a course is very easy. Firstly, fill in the enrolment form (this can be found at the bottom of the page for each course).

Feel free to call us along the way if you have any questions. Once that's done, pay the deposit to account number 9590 31 40403. The deposit is NOK 1500 (NOK 2500 for Japan). If you want, you can also add NOK 250,- to buy cancellation insurance. You can read more about this here.

Once the enrolment form and deposit have been received, we'll send your booking to the school. Now all you have to do is wait for a confirmation, invoice and further information from us.

Each school is responsible for its host families. The families have a number of requirements to fulfil, both in terms of standard and content of the accommodation. The families undergo extensive screening prior to becoming host families, but they are also regularly visited by representatives from the schools. Any complaints or objections from students are taken seriously and dealt with on an ongoing basis.

At the same time as you send the registration form, pay the deposit of NOK 1,500 (NOK 2,500 for Japan) to account number 9590 31 40403. After a few days, you will receive confirmation and an invoice from us with the remaining amount, which must be paid one month before departure. If you book a course less than one month in advance, the remaining amount must be paid immediately after receiving the invoice.

The confirmation from us will state what kind of accommodation has been booked, but in most cases you will not receive further information, address etc. until about ten days before departure. The school keeps this information as an "insurance" that the payment is in order before the students arrive on site.

Yes, we recommend that you have good travel insurance! If you're going on a longer course, make sure your insurance covers as many weeks as you'll be away. If you need insurance for a long stay, we can help you. Please contact us for further information.

You can read about cancellation here.

Yes, as long as the school has space and capacity, you can make changes after you have booked the course. Please note that a change fee may apply!

Yes, of course! Parents can stay with their children and live with them. Parents can choose whether or not they also want to attend the course. In such cases, we can help find a suitable host family or perhaps an apartment of their own.

No, this is avoided as far as possible. If several people are travelling together and you want to stay together, this is of course perfectly fine!

If the course is full or the school does not have available accommodation, we will try to find other alternatives. If it's not possible to find a similar arrangement that you're happy with, we'll refund your deposit.

We co-operate with international language schools. Some are small individual schools, while others are large chain schools. This means that each school is different in terms of price, course and accommodation options and organisation. You won't meet representatives from Leo Languages at the school, but the school staff are there to help you with anything. Of course, you can contact Leo Languages if you don't get the help you need on site.

First and foremost, it is very important that the language schools are approved by the education authorities in their respective countries. In addition to this, workshops are organised several times a year where the entire industry meets. Leo Languages also travels around to visit the schools and locations to give you first-hand information about what we offer.

Yes, it's completely safe! The form will be e-mailed to us so that we can check that everything is correct and, if necessary, clear up any ambiguities before we send it on to the school. The actual payment is made via online banking in the same way as when you pay a bill.

At the language schools, there are no application deadlines, as new courses start every week and there is continuous admission. In other words: if there are places available, you can enrol on a course! We can find a place for you at fairly short notice, but this is of course not recommended. Remember that accommodation is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you book, the more options you have. If you're travelling to a country that requires a visa, it's especially important to have plenty of time!

If you already know some of the language, most schools allow you to start any Monday. If you're a complete beginner or you want to take a "special course", there are special start dates. This varies from school to school and from location to location, so please contact us for more information.

No, it doesn't. We get the same price from the schools as you would have got if you hadn't booked directly with them. That's because it's the schools that pay for our services, not you!

The biggest reason to book your language holiday through us is that you'll get expert help in choosing the school and programme that's right for you! We work with many different schools, and after 23 years in the business, we can guide you through the "jungle" of offers to find the one that meets your needs and wishes.

When you order via us, you pay the same price as if you ordered directly from the school. In addition, we take care of the entire process for you, so you don't have to correspond with the school in advance.
