Santiago de Cuba is a typical city of culture and music, with many old, interesting buildings and good museums. The city's cemetery is exciting, with several revolutionary heroes buried here.
The city has a thriving music scene and many Cuban music forms have originated here.

I travelled to St. Petersburg - it was an experience of a lifetime! Unfortunately, I fell ill after arriving and missed a few weeks of classes, but the school gave me a lot back after that. A bit too intense with 4 hours of continuous teaching and only 15 min. break. But it works.
