China is the world's most populous country, and Mandarin Chinese is by far the world's largest language. For many years, the Chinese economy has been among the world's most prosperous. But despite all the progress, growth and modernisation, the Chinese have not forgotten their roots. After all, we're talking about one of the world's oldest civilisations, with an incredibly rich history and culture.
China is a big country that requires time. Travelling here can offer life-changing experiences that will make you come back stronger, smarter and with more peace of mind. And, of course, more proficient in the Chinese language!
You now have the opportunity to learn the language and get to know the country and culture in the Olympic city of Beijing. Beijing is the political and cultural capital of China. The city was significantly renewed and upgraded in connection with the preparations for the Olympics, but there are still old and genuine neighbourhoods.
The city has a number of interesting sights that are well worth a visit, of which the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square are perhaps the two best known.

I travelled to St. Petersburg - it was an experience of a lifetime! Unfortunately, I fell ill after arriving and missed a few weeks of classes, but the school gave me a lot back after that. A bit too intense with 4 hours of continuous teaching and only 15 min. break. But it works.
