Volunteering abroad is a fantastic way to do something useful and rewarding while practising your language skills. It's challenging, fun and rewarding, and you'll learn a lot about yourself and the people around you. If you're going to volunteer, it's a good idea to take a language course, either at the same time or beforehand, so you can help out as effectively as possible. And there's no better way to practise and develop your language skills than in the real world you'll encounter as a volunteer!

Leo Languages collaborates with the organisation Global Vision International (GVI), which is considered one of the world's most respected and recognised organisations for volunteer work. Through this partnership, we can offer you the opportunity to work in over 100 projects in 25 countries around the world, where you can travel and volunteer.

Everyone who volunteers will have a safe and rewarding experience by participating in projects that can really make a difference. At the same time, you grow as a person and gain valuable experience that you can build on afterwards.
The projects run for a certain period of time and are always intended to be sustainable. 70% of the money the volunteers contribute through their volunteering is passed on directly to new projects.

Discover Africa, South America or Asia and explore exotic countries, while making a difference for animals, nature or local people. A typical placement lasts from 6 to 12 weeks. We can usually offer a language course in the location of your choice before you start the actual work.
